La location de cet appartement se situe dans le quartier de Montmartre à Paris, idéal pour un voyage a Paris, à quelques mètres du funiculaire du Sacré Cœur et à moins de 100 m de la station de métro Abbesses (ligne 12). L'appartement fonctionnel de 40 m², situé dans la deuxième cour de l'immeuble, est trés silencieux. L'appartement peut recevoir jusqu'à 4 personnes. L'appartement est composé d’un salon (avec un lit mural 2 places) mieux équipé qu'un b&b, avec une télévision LCD, un ordinateur PC/Apple, internet, ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au téléphone sur les numéros fixes de 104 pays , d'une chambre avec coffre-fort, d'une cuisine américaine avec un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, un four, 4 plaques à induction, d'une salle de bain moderne avec une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche multi-jets, ainsi qu'un hammam pour vous apporter détente et bien-être. L'appartement est équipé de l'air conditionné. Pour finir, le prix de la location de cet appartement Parisien comprend les draps, les couvertures, les serviettes de bains, un sèche cheveux un fer à repasser ... Il sera demandé pour les séjours de vacances de 1 et 2 nuits, un supplément de 25 euros par nuitée pour la participation aux frais de ménage. Ils sont offerts pour les séjours de vacances supérieurs à 2 jours, le prix sera donc de 150 euro par nuitée pour les séjours de vacances de 1 et de 2 jours.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Paris zu erkunden, da die Metro Station sehr nahe ist. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es viele Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt etc.). Trotz lebhafter Straße ruhige Lage, da die Wohnung sich im Hinterhaus befindet. Autofahrer sollten sich im Vorfeld über Parkmöglichkeiten und Preise ausführlich informieren.

Die Unterkunft liegt super in einer sehr charmanten Ecke von Montmartre. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt (ausser evtl. zusätzl WC papier!) und die Besitzerin ist bei Bedarf jederzeit ereichbar! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

L'appartamento è accogliente e funzionale ed è situato in un'ottima posizione. E' il luogo ideale per chi vuole visitare Parigi in libertà. Perfetto anche con bambini. Un ringraziamneto particolare a Pascal che ci ha accolto e che non abbiamo avuto occasione di salutare.

Absolutely recommendable and worth the price!!!! We had a fantastic stay in the apartment. Both the man we talked with on the phone and the young woman who let us in were very kind and helpful. The apartment is perfect for a busy stay for four in paris. Our youngest at 11 with a broken arm loved the possibility to have a real bath in the fantastic bathroom - he could hold the arm outside the cabin while sitting in the spa tub with bubbles and all... The area is a pearl in busy Montmartre. In walking distance to everything and with all necessities just around the corner. With a perfect laid back feeling.. Try the little wine-bar just left when you leave the apartment - and not to mention the italian shop just a few meters further in your left. The couple serving costumers are very helpful - and they seemed sincerely proud of their products, which are both delicious and money worth. Finally: As a family of apple-addicts the apple computer in the flat was an absolute bonus :-) - as well as the wi-fi and the internet phone..... we will be back

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e funzionale, silenzioso e appartatato seppur non appena attraversati due piccoli cortili interni, che riparano anche dal minimo rumore(si dorme benissimo!), si apre il portone e sembra di immergersi nella scena di un film. Infatti, c'è molta vita a qualsiasi ora, negozi molto curati e posti per mangiare sempre in attività. A mio parere non manca nulla, per chi non sa fare a meno del caffè forse conviene portarsi una Bialetti.
